WhatYou’llDo:

• Monitor and helpstudents’progress in completion of homeworkand with executive functioningskills.
• Communicate with teachers and parents on student progress.
• Promote a positive social environment for students.
• Adaptsupportto meet each learner’s needs.
• Mentor each student and support their social-emotional growth.
• Contribute to campus life or culture.
• Keep student recordsaccurateand organized.
• Invest in your own growth through reflection, feedback, and ongoing professional development.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degreerequired; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness tosupport students witha wide range ofassignments.
• Experienceworking with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to function in a high-paced environment, be calm and open for feedback, as well as a self-starter.
• Ability to build rapport with studentswhilemaintainingauthority, boundaries, and discipline.
• Mustmaintaina clean and organized milieu space for students to learn.
• A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.
