Home Health Aide (HHA) – Flexible Care Opportunities Near You

About the Role:
As a Home Health Aide (HHA) with Modani Care, you will play a vital role in our team's mission to provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing light housekeeping and laundry services
Assisting with meal preparation and cleanup
Monitoring clients' medication and vital signs
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care
Working in collaboration with our healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:
1 years of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or related field
