Diabetes Care & Education Specialist (RN/RDN)

The DCES provides education and direct care for individuals with diabetes, applying evidence-based strategies to promote self-management and improve outcomes. This role requires RN or RDN credentials with current licenses in MN or WI, plus CDCES or ability to obtain within 24 months.
