Job Summary Coordinates the diabetes education program, meeting American Diabetes Association requirements, and provides diabetes education to individuals and groups. Key Responsibilities Assess and educate patients and families on diabetic management Coordinate the diabetes education program and evaluate its effectiveness Develop follow-up plans and referrals for diabetic patients Serve as a resource for staff and physicians on diabetes management Qualifications Current ND RN license CDE certification, or qualified and able to obtain Minimum 2 years patient care experience West River Health Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
