Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
