Account Coordinator/Account Executive
Our client, a family-owned, nationwide insurance and risk management firm with more than five decades of industry experience, providing commercial insurance solutions to businesses across multiple industries, is seeking an Account Coordinator/Account Executive to join the team as a full-time employee.
Responsibilities include:
- Managed policy documents, endorsements, certificates of insurance (COIs), and renewals.
- Retrieved and processed insurance documents through carrier portals.
- Prepared insurance proposals and assisted with policy administration.
- Responded to client inquiries and provided timely, professional service.
- Built strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Supported account managers with servicing new and existing commercial accounts.
- Maintained accurate client records and ensured policy documentation was complete.
- Coordinated with insurance carriers to obtain policy information and resolve service requests.
- Utilized agency management systems and carrier platforms to streamline account processing.
- Prioritized multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
