Job Description Now Hiring a Hybrid Member Services Concierge in Scottsdale, AZ! Overview This will be a call center- mostly inbound calls about 18-30 calls per day Open Enrollment: Majority of the calls - potential coverage questions, more likely they are getting calls that someone has signed up to update status, show their coverage, what their benefits will be on the new plan, checking status on their plans through the exchange Member provider calls, application questions, eligibility/ claims questions Coverage calls (explaining patient benefits) Questions around claims/billing, patient complaints Answer questions on where their members can get care from providers. Providing tailored care to members that may need to be "carried" through their customer service center "one stop shop" for all things customer service Outbound Calls: returning voicemails (after hour calls), member condition verification with providers, enrollment verification, follow up from applications 3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications 2+ years of call center experience (within healthcare) Computer proficiency required High School Diploma Nice to Have Skills Bilingual in Spanish Nephrology/ Kidney Disease experience CSNIP experience Schedule Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM (Hybrid) Pay $16-$20/hr DOE Benefits/Perks Base pay + along with competitive benefits for yourself and your family Incredible growth opportunities with an actively growing start up Top-notch training to keep you educated, informed, and up to date with industry trends Regular one on one coaching and mentoring from Managers to improve your craft and reach your goals Clarity and collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
