We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at a well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Monmouth County, New Jersey . Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence.

• Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes in residents' conditions.

• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using proper safety techniques.

• Respond to resident call lights promptly and courteously.

• Document resident care accurately and timely.

• Assist with meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to provide high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
