As a Smoothie King Teammate, you will help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by helping them select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Smoothie King Teammate will be passionate about the brand and willing to take on new challenges. Responsibilities Blends delicious tasting smoothies. “FRIENDLY UPSELLING” of our nutritional supplements and vitamins. Providing guests with information regarding our products. Providing the best TOTAL experience in the business. Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience. Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids. Performs opening and/or closing duties. Performs store checklist tasks. Shows up on time and ready to work. Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King. Qualifications Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a “guest comes first” attitude. At least sixteen (15) years of age or older. Experience in a fast-food or retail environment is preferred but not necessary. Able to work shifts as early as 6 AM and on weekends. Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Commission sales experience preferred. Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests. Genuine care and understanding for people's needs. Prior retail sales experience in the nutrition/fitness industry is a PLUS! Reliable transportation. Reliable phone service. Direct deposit. Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. School or work referrals.
