Help Desk Specialist

The Help Desk Specialist provides first-line technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. They ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving incidents quickly and escalating complex problems as needed. This role is critical to maintaining productivity across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Respond to user tickets via phone, email, or chat, diagnosing and resolving common issues Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop operating systems and applications Escalate unresolved incidents to senior technical staff, following documented procedures Track and document all support activities in the ticketing system Conduct routine system checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime Provide user training on software tools and best practices to improve self-service You have strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
