Role Description Sanderson Insurance Agency is seeking a driven, client-focused Sales Producer to join our growing independent agency. The roll is open across three lines of business - Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Life & Health, and requires 3-5 years of of experience and an active license. The area of focus in between Dayton & Cincinnati, OH Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of various types of Insurance products Proficiency with agency management systems and standard office technology Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Highly organized with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment State licensing in property and casualty insurance, life or health #J-18808-Ljbffr
