Mechanical Maintenance Mechanic

A growing food manufacturing facility in Missouri City, TX is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician for 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) or 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) at a competitive rate starting at $32.00+/hour, plus quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits after 30 days including up to 26 days of paid time off. Reporting to the Maintenance Team Lead, this core mechanical position is responsible for repairing, overhauling, and maintaining heavy automated production equipment—including pre-made pouch fillers, retorts, large conveying systems, case packers, FANUC robotic cells, and palletizers—while performing basic electrical troubleshooting, reading European-style schematics, and tracking work orders in SAP. Qualified candidates must have a related technical trade school diploma or 3+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant, mechanical troubleshooting skills, the physical ability to lift over 50 lbs, and full commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and plant safety.
