Receptionist - Now Hiring

Leverage your reception skills with expanded administrative duties! We are urgently hiring experienced receptionists to manage the front office while assisting project teams. Secure immediate contract income by accepting short-term mandates that require expert coordination, data entry, and clerical support. Your responsibilities:

- Perform essential clerical duties, including filing, copying, scanning, and assisting with large document preparations.
- Accurately perform data entry related to visitor logs, client databases, or internal tracking systems.
- Manage heavy switchboard and overflow calls, ensuring timely routing of all communications.
- Manage the inventory and ordering of office supplies for the entire facility.
- Act as the first point of contact for office vendors, couriers, and building maintenance requests.
