Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Location: Rhode Island / Southeastern Massachusetts Region
Salary: $95,000 – $130,000 + strong benefits + growth opportunity

A well-respected construction management firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5–10 years of experience who wants to take ownership of meaningful projects while working for a company that is small enough to know your name, but established enough to compete on major work.

This firm delivers projects across commercial, academic, life sciences, industrial, hospitality, and retail markets throughout the Northeast. • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Track procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor quality, safety, and schedule performance
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Experience managing vertical building projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
