What You'll Do

Partner with the Property Director to oversee the daily operations of the community.

Assist with leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals.

Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

Process rental applications, lease renewals, and move-in documentation.

Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, and resident account inquiries.

Help manage resident relations by responding to questions and resolving concerns professionally.

Support financial reporting, administrative tasks, and daily office operations.

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and all applicable laws.

Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach events, and resident engagement activities.

Provide leadership and support to the onsite team while helping create a positive, team-oriented culture.

What We're Looking For

Previous multifamily leasing or assistant property management experience preferred.

Strong customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with property management software such as ResMan is a plus.

Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is preferred.

Positive attitude, professionalism, and a desire to grow within the multifamily industry.
