Job Title Manager, Benefits & Mobility Location Raynham, Massachusetts, United States of America Job Function Human Resources Job Sub Function Total Rewards Job Category Professional Key Responsibilities Manage the day‑to‑day administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and wellbeing offerings. Lead mobility programs, including domestic and international relocations, assignments, and related policy governance. Ensure benefits and mobility programs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Partner with internal stakeholders (HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Finance, Legal) to align programs with business strategy and workforce needs. Manage vendor relationships, including brokers and mobility providers, to ensure service quality, cost effectiveness, and compliance. Analyze program performance, utilization, and costs; prepare insights and recommendations for leadership. Support change initiatives, including program enhancements, employee communications, and transitions related to organizational changes. Provide guidance and coaching to HR partners and employees on benefits and mobility‑related matters. Document handling: print, stamp/seal, mail/ship, distribute, and route documents for wet signatures. Records management: store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva. Compliance/admin: upload/submit filings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field). Master’s degree or advanced HR/Total Rewards education preferred. Experience: 6–8 years of progressive experience in benefits, mobility, or total rewards, with experience at the manager level. Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits programs and regulatory requirements. Experience managing vendors and third‑party service providers. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into recommendations. Proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Experience supporting global mobility or international assignment programs. Prior experience in a large, matrixed organization or regulated industry. Knowledge of change management and employee communications related to benefits. Familiarity with HR systems and benefits administration platforms. Preferred Language requirements: English (additional languages a plus). Travel: Up to ~10% domestic and/or international travel. Certifications: CEBS or similar benefits certification preferred. Compensation Total Base Pay Range: 102,000.00 - 204,000.00 USD. Benefits Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in Washington –56 hours per calendar year. Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year. Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year. Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child. Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year. Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period.
