Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design individualized therapy strategies to support their journey toward functional independence
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and caregivers on techniques to foster progress at home and in daily life
• Document Progress Effectively: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly, keeping patients on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential
