Contract In-Office | Templeton, CA, United States 08/17 to 10/11, Day Shift Auto Offer, EPIC Backfill. Must have current Epic experience. Job Summary RN - Wound Care Talented Medical Solutions Responsibilities Provide comprehensive wound assessment and develop individualized care plans. Administer wound therapies and monitor healing progress with documentation. Document care activity and track metrics to support performance targets. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety, and facility policies during care delivery. Educate patients and care teams on wound care techniques and best practices. Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge through ongoing professional development. Demonstrate accountability for personal performance and outcomes within a team setting. Identify care gaps and propose improvements to wound care protocols. Support pipeline and territory development by nurturing referral relationships. Participate in on-site visits and adjust care plans based on patient feedback. Experience / Qualifications Current RN license with active wound care certification or eligible Proven wound assessment and care planning experience in an acute or outpatient setting Ability to document care, therapies, and metrics with HIPAA-compliant systems Strong interpersonal skills to educate patients and collaborate with care teams Knowledge of wound therapies, dressings, and progress-tracking protocols Self-motivated with track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets Experience coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes Ability to identify care gaps and propose protocol improvements Proficiency in managing a referral pipeline and territory development Willingness to work on-site with structured goals and transparent visibility of activity What's in it for you?
