Position Overview

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs) (and PAs) to provide primary care services across nursing home facilities in NYC. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates to begin their careers in a supportive, team-based environment.

Job Description
Location: Bronx, NY
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 per year (Based On experience) + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and follow-up patient visits in nursing homes
• Perform physical exams, diagnose, and treat patients
• Manage chronic conditions and develop care plans
• Order and interpret lab tests and diagnostic imaging
• Maintain accurate patient documentation (EMR/EHR)
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance
• Administer treatments and vaccinations

Requirements

• Master’s Degree – Nurse Practitioner (Family or Adult/Geriatrics)
• Active New York State NP License
• National Certification (AANP, ANCC, or ONCC)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• EMR/EHR experience (preferred)
• Bilingual Spanish (preferred, not required)
