Production Laborer – First Shift | $16/hr | Butler, PA

Integrative Staffing Group (ISG) is hiring full-time Production Laborers for a well-established manufacturing company in Butler. This is a temp-to-hire role offering steady hours, overtime, and excellent long-term benefits.

Pay & Schedule

• $16/hr
• Monday–Friday | 7 AM–5 PM
• Consistent overtime available

Job Duties

• Load/unload trucks
• Move and handle large glass panes
• Package products for shipment
• Use tape measure and basic hand tools
• Perform visual quality checks
• Maintain a clean, safe work area

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Able to read a tape measure
• Lift 45 lbs regularly / 75 lbs occasionally
• Reliable attendance
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
