Job Full Description We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Employment Specialist/Recruiter to join our local Express Employment Professionals award winning office. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them with local client companies, while also building and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting people with opportunities, and is skilled at balancing candidate experience with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Candidate Management
Source, attract, and recruit candidates using job boards, referrals, and other recruiting tools
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records, including interview notes and status updates in the database
Match candidates to appropriate job opportunities based on skills, experience, and client requirements
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies
Understand client hiring needs, company culture, and job requirements
Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed summaries and recommendations
Communicate regularly with clients regarding candidate progress and hiring updates
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction
Placement & Follow-Up
Coordinate job offers, onboarding, and placement logistics
Follow up with placed candidates and clients to ensure successful placements
Address and resolve any issues that arise post-placement
Maintain ongoing relationships to support repeat business and future hiring needs
Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
