OR Circulator RN

Schedule
- Shift: 4 x 10s or 5 x 8s (start time is variable)
- Weekend Requirement: On-call only (5pm Friday-7am Monday)
- On-Call Requirement: 6-8 shifts per month, including weekends
- Holiday Requirement: 2 Holidays per year - holidays are rotated every year.

Assignment Details
- Contract Length: 52 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements
- Nursing degree
- RN compact or state license (Kansas license permissible)
- Ability to obtain BLS & ACLS once hired

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the operating room setting, ensuring safety and adherence to sterile techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals to facilitate successful surgical outcomes.
- Monitor patient status and assist with assessments, diagnoses, and the planning and implementation of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-operative care.
- Participate in departmental meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional skills.
