Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Remote Location: Hybrid / Killeen, TX, USA Job type: Permanent / Full-time Sector and subsector: Medical & Healthcare | Clinical Annual Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Role Be You ABA (Hi5 ABA) is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a hybrid capacity . This role offers the flexibility of remote work with a requirement to be onsite in our Killeen, TX clinic once per month (travel expenses covered). This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who values flexibility while continuing to make a meaningful impact delivering high‑quality ABA services to children and families. Compensation $80,000 annual salary Travel expenses covered for monthly in‑clinic visits Full‑time role with growth opportunities Schedule Monday – Friday Remote with 1 required in‑person visit per month in Killeen, TX Key Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing supervision and oversight of ABA programs Ensure services meet clinical quality standards and compliance requirements Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff remotely Collaborate with clinic leadership and interdisciplinary teams Provide guidance and feedback to maintain high clinical standards Family Support Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure effective treatment outcomes Provide parent training and support Productivity Expectations 25 billable hours per week once full‑time caseload is established Qualifications Active BCBA certification Eligible for Texas BCBA licensure Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Passion for supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) CEU and professional development support Travel reimbursement for monthly clinic visits #J-18808-Ljbffr
