Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned plumbing and HVAC projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Lead project kickoffs to align stakeholders and establish clear expectations
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and controls
• Track job costs and ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Optimize labor productivity and material usage for project efficiency
• Identify, document, and manage scope changes, ensuring all changes are properly priced, approved, and billed
• Maintain accurate change order logs and provide regular updates on outstanding items
• Coordinate with Construction and Service Directors to align resources and project timelines
• Serve as the main point of accountability for assigned projects, providing consistent updates to operations leadership
• Proactively identify and escalate project risks or constraints to prevent delays
• Ensure thorough and accurate project documentation is maintained throughout each project

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience in plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical contracting
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Proven track record of managing job costs and schedules effectively
• PMP® certification or equivalent project management training preferred
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Background in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Strong skills in structured project planning and execution
• Financial acumen and awareness of job costing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
