About the Role

We're looking for a detail-driven Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to guide deals from contract to close for a Miami-based real estate team.

You'll keep every transaction on track: tracking deadlines, coordinating with agents, lenders, title companies, and clients, and making sure the paperwork is complete and on time. Accuracy and calm follow-through are what make this role work.

Core Responsibilities

Transaction Management

• Open and manage transaction files from contract to close
• Track key dates, including escrow, inspection, appraisal, and financing deadlines
• Review agreements and confirm documents are complete and signed
• Maintain accurate checklists for each transaction

Coordination

• Serve as the point of contact for agents, lenders, title companies, and clients
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments
• Send reminders and follow up on outstanding items
• Communicate updates to all parties clearly and promptly

Records & Reporting

• Keep transaction records current in the CRM or transaction platform
• Prepare status reports on active and pending deals
• Ensure files are complete and compliant after closing

Requirements

Must-Have

• Professional English fluency, written and spoken
• 2+ years in real estate coordination, transaction support, or a similar detail-heavy role
• Familiarity with the US real estate transaction process
• Excellent organization, with strong follow-through on deadlines
• Comfort with CRMs and document tools such as DocuSign
• A stable internet connection and a professional remote workspace

Nice-to-Have

• Prior transaction coordinator or real estate assistant experience
• Experience with platforms such as Dotloop, SkySlope, or similar
• Experience supporting Florida agents or brokerages
• Familiarity with Florida real estate contracts and closing practices
• Fully remote: work from anywhere in the MENA region with a stable internet connection
