You run the machine behind them. Every house we buy has to get listed, marketed, updated, and papered — and none of that happens while someone's on a call working a buyer. That's your operation. You get properties live, you keep them accurate while they sit on the market, you handle the paperwork the moment an offer comes in, and you hand our transaction coordinator a clean file to close. You'll manage 40 to 50 active listings at any given time. Price drops, status changes, new photos, compliance, showing requests, offers coming in from three directions — that's your board, and you own it. If you're the person in your current office everyone quietly relies on — the one who notices what nobody else tracked — this is the seat. Responsibilities: Get every property we take to market listed and live — photos, descriptions, MLS entry, disclosures, and listing agreements, done right the first time Build and send our off-market email blasts to our investor buyer list, then work the replies that come back Manage 40 to 50 active listings at any given time: price changes, status updates, new photos, and MLS and brokerage compliance across all of them Coordinate showings, inquiries, and offers so our sales team walks into every negotiation with clean, current information Turn accepted offers into complete, compliant files — agreements executed, addenda attached, disclosures signed — and hand them to our transaction coordinator ready to close Chase the signatures and documents our transaction coordinator needs to keep deals on schedule Own the data in our CRM, ops sheet, and compliance platforms. Report the pipeline weekly: what's listed, what's under contract, what's stuck Cross-train to back up closing coordination during volume spikes and vacations Qualifications: Pennsylvania real estate license, or willing to obtain one within 90 days — we'll cover the cost Prior experience coordinating real estate transactions; closing coordination experience is a strong plus Exceptional organization and attention to detail — catching what everyone else missed is the core of this job Comfortable on the phone with buyers, sellers, agents, and contractors; this is not an inbox-only role Able to keep dozens of moving pieces straight without someone checking in on you Experience with MLS entry and compliance preferred Comfortable in real estate software; we run in a couple of different systems and will train you on both Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Compensation:
