What You'll Do:

• Analyze and Report: Track and present key purchasing and inventory metrics, using data to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement system automation for maximum efficiency.
• Drive Results: Maintain supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and resolve escalations to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure Excellence: Conduct audits to guarantee compliance with purchasing terms and conditions while upholding the highest standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years in purchasing or a related role, with 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications: Professional certifications in purchasing or supply chain management are a plus (e.g., CPP, APICS).
• Skills: Proven leadership abilities, strong negotiation and analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with the ability to build strong supplier relationships and manage the entire supply chain within a commodity.
