Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience required
• No new grad

• Schedule: 5x8
• Assignment length: 13 weeks

Location Highlights

Crown Point offers convenient access to both outdoor recreation and major metro attractions. Lemon Lake County Park spans more than 500 acres and includes trails, fishing areas, and one of the region's known disc golf courses.
