Clinical Scope

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Indiana medical license
• Indiana State Controlled Substance Registration and DEA with IN address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4
• MD degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of EM residency training
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine through ABMS or AOAM
• Current ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
