JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABMS/AOA)

Licenses: Active unrestricted IN Medical License, IN State Controlled Substance, DEA w/ IN address & schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4 DEA / CDS: Active DEA and IN State Controlled Substance required

Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS required (ATLS at least once)

Experience: Completed EM residency required

Other Qualifications: CME Attestation, case logs for past 2 years

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages in a moderate-to-high acuity setting.

Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers and support staff in a team-based care model.

Perform emergency procedures including moderate sedation as required.

Work a mix of day, night, and weekend shifts to ensure 38 hours/day MD/DO coverage.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records, comply with all licensing and credentialing requirements, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
