Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced cleanroom manufacturing environment.
This role involves mechanical and electronic assembly of advanced technology components.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electronic assembly using hand and torque tools
- Assemble components such as circuit boards, motors, and optical assemblies
- Conduct soldering, wiring, inspection, and repair work
- Follow detailed work instructions and technical drawings
- Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards
- Work in a cleanroom environment with PPE
Required Skills
- 2+ years of mechanical/electronic assembly experience
- Experience with soldering and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP/CMES or similar systems
- Technical certification or Associate degree
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long hours (8-12 hours)
- Repetitive hand movements and fine assembly work
- Ability to lift light to moderate materials
