Staff Accountant

Hands‑on Staff Accountant to support day‑to‑day office accounting and project billing activities, contribute to the month‑end close and financial reporting, and be a hands‑on contributor who can work with and support other accounting staff. Key responsibilities Perform general accounting tasks including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and month‑end close support. Manage and support AR and AP processes (project billing, collections support, invoice processing and vendor coordination). Assist with financial statement preparation and balance sheet work. Work with project managers and architects and field staff to ensure alignment on project accounting and job costing. Required qualifications 3 years of general accounting experience. Proven, hands‑on accounting skills with an ability to work independently. Preferred Experience with AR as a core responsibility and prior exposure to project accounting or multi‑project operations. Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems. Compensation $50–$70k; depending on experience. Work arrangement On‑site role — this is not a remote position.
