Assembly Technician
Manufacturing Assembler with experience in electrical wiring and enclosure assembly to support the enclosure production line. Must have current assembly skills.

Assembly Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
- Wire electrical harnesses, backplates, and control panels per documentation and wiring diagrams
- Perform basic electrical assembly tasks including cutting, stripping, and terminating wires
- Crimp connectors and perform basic soldering
- Assemble components inside UL-rated enclosures in accordance with work instructions and quality standards
- Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and build documentation Inspect own work to ensure high quality and low defect rates
- Current through hole soldering skills
Assembly Technician Qualifications:
- Prior experience wiring harnesses, panels, or backplates in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with UL-listed enclosures (preferred)
- Basic soldering and crimping experience
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and low defect rates
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to sit, stand, use hand tools, repetitive motion
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
