Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner supports full-cycle recruitment for high-volume senior living roles across Lifespark. This role is responsible for partnering with hiring managers, coordinating recruiting activity, sourcing and screening candidates, and helping ensure a positive candidate and hiring leader experience.

This position is ideal for a developing recruiter with 1–3 years of recruiting or related talent acquisition experience who is eager to learn, grow, and build expertise in senior living, healthcare, and high-volume hiring environments.

Position Functions and Responsibilities

  High-Volume Talent Acquisition

• Support full-cycle recruitment for high-volume senior living, care team, community-based, and service-oriented roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, schedules, and candidate profiles
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring openings, with a focus on timely follow-up and consistent candidate engagement

 

Hiring Manager Partnership

• Serve as a responsive recruiting partner to hiring managers by providing updates, candidate feedback, and support throughout the hiring process
• Assist with intake discussions, interview coordination, offer preparation, and candidate handoffs
• Learn to use recruiting data and market feedback to help improve hiring outcomes and candidate flow

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand 

• Provide a timely, professional, and people-first candidate experience from application through offer or disposition
• Represent Lifespark at career fairs, community hiring events, school partnerships, and other recruiting activities
• Help strengthen Lifespark’s employer brand by sharing accurate role information and communicating the value of working in senior living

Sourcing, Screening, and Pipeline Support

 

• Use job boards, referrals, social media, community outreach, and direct sourcing to identify candidates for high-volume openings
• Screen candidates for basic qualifications, availability, interest, and alignment with role expectations
• Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline notes, and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system

 

Process Excellence and Learning

• Follow consistent, compliant recruiting practices and escalate questions or complex situations as appropriate
• Track recruiting activity, candidate status, and open requisition updates to support timely reporting and follow-through
• Demonstrate willingness to learn recruiting best practices, senior living workforce needs, and Lifespark processes while continuously improving personal effectiveness

 

Qualifications

Experience and Education

Required: 

• 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, or related experience
• Interest in developing strong hiring manager partnerships and learning consultative recruiting practices
• Experience or interest in healthcare, senior living, service-based, or high-volume recruiting environments
• Ability to source, screen, engage, and follow up with candidates in a timely and professional manner
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through skills
• Ability to participate in recruiting events, community outreach, and hiring initiatives as needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

 

Preferred:

• Prior experience supporting high-volume hiring, scheduling, onboarding coordination, or customer service recruitment
• Familiarity with recruitment marketing, job postings, social media outreach, or community-based sourcing
• Comfort using data, reports, and ATS activity to understand recruiting progress and identify follow-up needs
• Willingness to learn senior living roles, workforce needs, and recruiting strategies specific to Lifespark communities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with changing priorities
• Desire to grow recruiting expertise and contribute to strong candidate and hiring leader experiences
• Ability to communicate with professionalism, urgency, and empathy when supporting candidates and hiring teams
• Commitment to continuous learning, accountability, and people-first recruiting practices

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of basic full-cycle recruiting practices, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer support
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn senior living, healthcare, and service-based workforce needs, including high-volume staffing dynamics
• Skill in identifying and engaging candidates through job boards, referrals, outreach, community events, and other sourcing channels
• Skill in communicating with hiring managers to clarify role needs, share candidate updates, and support timely hiring decisions
• Skill in assessing basic candidate qualifications, availability, interest, and fit through structured screening conversations
• Skill in using applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, Microsoft Office, and activity reports to manage requisitions and candidate progress
• Ability to manage multiple openings and candidate conversations while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams in both verbal and written formats
• Ability to remain organized, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Ability to apply sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and follow equal opportunity standards and organizational policies throughout the recruiting process
