Customer Service Supervisor – LogisticsA growing organization is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor-Logistics to join its team! This is a hands-on leadership role combining customer account management, billing/invoicing, logistics support, and team supervision in a fast-paced operational environment.What You'll DoManage key customer accounts from order processing through invoicing and issue resolution.Supervise, coach, and support a customer service team while remaining hands-on with assigned accounts.Oversee high-volume billing, invoicing, account inquiries, and dispute resolution.Review billing and operational data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.Serve as an escalation point for customer issues and service disruptions.Partner closely with Operations, Dispatch, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Credit, and Collections.Support account reconciliations and resolve outstanding billing issues.Monitor team performance, workloads, service levels, and productivity.Identify process improvements to increase billing accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.2–5+ years of customer service, customer operations, logistics, or related leadership experience, including direct reports.Experience managing customer accounts, invoicing, reconciliations, and issue resolution.Background in a high-volume logistics, transportation, supply chain, oil & gas services, or similar environment strongly preferred.Experience with JD Edwards, TMS platforms, Ariba, OpenInvoice, or similar systems is a plus.Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.Strong communicator who is organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.Ability to provide occasional after-hours/weekend support when business needs require.HOUAC49 #J-18808-Ljbffr Burnett Staffing Specialists
