Project Coordinator, Strategy & Operations The Project Coordinator, Strategy & Operations, supports projects within MedPOINT’s client and operations portfolio. Under the supervision of the Project Manager, Strategy & Operations, the Project Coordinator will prepare client presentations, data analyses and project artifacts, and will support internal and external meeting management. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project artifacts and apply basic project management methodology to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders throughout MedPOINT to complete assigned tasks and projects Communicate status updates and proactively escalate risks and barriers as appropriate Create client‑ready presentations, reports, and meeting materials to support strategic initiatives Perform data analysis and develop dashboards to track KPIs and support performance improvement Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients Support planning, coordination, and facilitation of internal and external meetings Partner with teammates in Strategic Operations and Process Improvement to expand organizational knowledge and drive our competitive advantage Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in public health, health administration, or related field preferred) 1‑3 years of experience in healthcare operations or related field, preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI (SQL experience a plus) Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to identify risks, problem‑solve, and expedite issues proactively Effective collaboration in both independent and team‑based environments Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly Ability to develop polished, client‑facing deliverables and presentations Working knowledge of healthcare operations, process improvement, and root cause analysis Ability to identify trends and drivers within healthcare data to inform decision‑making Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 annually #J-18808-Ljbffr MedPOINT Management
