Legal Billing Specialist

A leading national law firm is seeking a Billing Specialist to join its Financial Services team in the South Florida region (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach). This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in-office .

This role supports all aspects of client billing, including invoice processing, e-billing management, and account analysis. The ideal candidate brings strong legal billing experience and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process client invoices in accordance with billing guidelines
• Manage e-billing submissions and monitor invoice status
• Review and resolve billing deductions and rejections
• Analyze accounts and assist with billing adjustments and corrections
• Support attorneys and clients with billing-related inquiries
• Assist with monthly billing deadlines and reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal billing experience preferred
• Experience with electronic billing systems required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high-volume work under tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work additional hours when needed
