Key Responsibilities Assemble according to detailed instructions and quality standards, taking pride in doing the right thing every time Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company specifications and set the standard for reliability Operate machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines—because we succeed as one team Maintain a clean and organized work environment that reflects respect for people and our workplace Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor Adapt to different workstations as production needs dictate, ensuring timely production of quality work that satisfies customer requirements Qualifications Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow Reliable and dependable, with a consistent work ethic Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering a respectful and team-oriented environment Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Must pass a pre-placement drug screen and physical Why Join Link?
