SEO Specialist (Hybrid – Addison, TX)

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000

We are partnering with our agency client to hire an SEO Specialis t to manage and optimize organic search performance across a portfolio of clients. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy, execution, and client interaction

What You’ll Do

• Manage SEO strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, with a focus on home services brands
• Develop and publish SEO-driven content, ensuring websites stay fresh, optimized, and aligned to search intent
• Track and optimize conversion performance within Google Analytics, ensuring accurate reporting and insights
• Analyze keyword rankings, site performance, and competitor activity to inform optimization strategies
• Partner with clients as the SEO subject matter expert, providing updates, insights, and recommendations
• Build and optimize conversion funnels to improve lead generation and user engagement
• Leverage tools such as SEMrush to drive keyword research, audits, and ongoing performance improvements

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience managing campaigns end-to-end
• Strong experience with SEO tools; SEMrush preferred
• Proven ability to write and optimize content for SEO performance
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and funnel optimization
• Comfortable in a client-facing environment, presenting insights and recommendations
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
