Your Impact Acting as a talent consultant and advocate for internal employees at Salesforce Lead the entire recruiting process from initial screening through offer acceptance Enable candidates and hiring managers on our Internal Recruiting Process and Policies Participate in implementing and driving global recruiting programs Build an ongoing, balanced pipeline of qualified internal candidates Learn the profiles within your supported talent communities so that you can help best match candidates with the appropriate opportunities Partner with other departments (Headcount Managers, Compensation, Employee Success) to drive the recruiting process Basic Requirements 5+ years of recruiting experience, experience with Internal Recruiting and/or experience with Tech Recruiting a plus Proven track record of excellent client engagement Experience building relationships across various internal stakeholders in a matrixed environment Experience partnering and influencing senior level Hiring Managers and Executives Understanding of ATS tools and technologies, experience with Workday a plus Ability to deliver on tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment – strong written and verbal communication skills Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.) Compensation & Benefits In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The typical base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $113,500 annually. The range represents base salary only and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
