You will lead end-to-end placements while fostering strong partnerships with clients. - Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment , from initial intake to final placement.
- Act as a Strategic Client Partner, deeply understanding their recruitment needs, challenges, and company culture.
- Utilize Strategic Sourcing through our bespoke CRM/ATS and your personal network, complemented by our innovative communication platform.
- Harness Our Platform to effectively manage candidates, track outreach, automate communication follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that not only provide long-term value for our clients but also facilitate lucrative commissions for you.
- Engage in Thought Leadership as we enhance our brand-and yours-in the industry.
