Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse, including medication administration and monitoring.
- Assess residents’ condition, document findings, and escalate changes in status to the care team promptly.
- Support activities of daily living and implement plan of care plans under supervision.
- Administer treatments and maintain accurate, timely documentation in resident charts.
- Respond to call alerts, ensure resident safety, and participate in ongoing care coordination with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing; eligible to practice in Maine.
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.) and participate in weekend rotations.
- Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; team-oriented approach.
- Eligibility for a travel assignment (temporary, 14-week commitment) and compliance with facility policies.
