Medical Office Front Desk Specialist
Henry Ford Hospital
Henry Ford Health System is seeking a customer service oriented administrative assistant to support patients and customers in a medical setting. You will greet visitors, check in/out patients, verify demographics and obtain authorizations, schedule appointments, and handle medical record requests. You will also enter charges, collect co-pays, and reconcile daily deposits to ensure accuracy. This daytime, on-site role at Lakeshore Macomb Twp supports the department's office operations and #J-18808-Ljbffr
