The ideal candidate will be an HR expert and workforce innovator, with a proven background in all aspects of the HR function, a strong understanding of employment law, and a strategic mindset that is data-driven and focused on the mission. They should also be a trusted partner and enterprise strategist, with a track record of providing HR counsel to senior leadership and a commitment to fostering a culture of care, belonging, and high performance. Key responsibilities for the CHRO include serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO and the executive team, developing and executing workforce plans, and ensuring the organization's values and culture are upheld. The successful candidate will be expected to lead the design of talent management strategies, oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensure that HR policies and programs are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. They will also be responsible for managing the organization's office operations and engaging with the Board of Directors on executive compensation and benefits.
