Director of Clinical Services - Home Health Quality & Improvement

CommonSpirit Health at Home is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead planning, coordination, and supervision of all clinical services at the designated facility location. The role emphasizes mission alignment, patient care quality, and staff development in a home-based care setting.
The position requires an RN license (BSN preferred), CPR/BLS, and a minimum of three years in management with two years in home care or hospice. Strong regulatory and EMR workflow oversight are essential.
