Available Shifts:

• Per Diem Day Shift: 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M & Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care under the supervision of an RN.

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans.

• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team.

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

Requirements:

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of New Hampshire

• A caring, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
