Entry-Level PDR Technician - Paid Training Included

What You’ll Do Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on a variety of vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals. Build strong customer relationships and promote our services. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships. Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently. Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks. Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. What We Offer No experience necessary – we provide comprehensive, paid training (8 weeks of hands‑on and classroom instruction with travel and lodging included). Starting compensation is $21.00/hour, with a phased increase to a combination of hourly rate and commission as you build your customer base.
