Restaurant Manager / GM Candidate

Position: Restaurant Manager / GM Candidate Location: Conroe, TX Pay: Manager / Strong $45,000–$50,000 DOE - GM Candidate: $55,000–$60,000 DOE We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager or General Manager candidate for a high-volume restaurant environment. We are looking for someone who is strong in Front of House operations, comfortable supporting kitchen operations, and capable of developing into a General Manager role. Responsibilities Support daily restaurant operations Lead front of house staff and assist kitchen operations Maintain service quality and operational standards Assist with staffing, scheduling, and employee management Support payroll, reporting, and operational procedures Help maintain efficiency during high-volume service periods Assist with customer service and issue resolution Requirements Restaurant management experience preferred Strong FOH experience required Kitchen operational knowledge preferred Leadership and team-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule including nights and weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr Perpetual Labor Sourcing LLC
