Role Description As a full‑time Restaurant Manager at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux, you will lead the daily operations of our Conroe, TX location, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing staff, hiring and training team members, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence, overseeing food and beverage quality, and enforcing company policies to maintain the highest standards. This is an on‑site role within a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, fostering positive guest experiences. Experience in hiring, training, and managing a high‑performing team. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage and motivate staff while maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere. Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and standards in the restaurant industry. Proven leadership and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Previous experience in restaurant management preferred.
