Pay Scale :$23.80 -$35.67 per hour The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage. Position Summary The Marketing Assistant, is responsible for providing support to marketing activities of a healthcare company tasked with supporting the health and wellness of the local San Francisco community. Their duties include development and updating of health insurance and healthcare information into marketing materials and advertising, handling interdepartmental communications, preparing data reports in a clear format and creating surveys, questionnaires and other tools to measure marketing impact. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with the design, development, and updating of marketing and member communication materials and advertising Provide support to the Marketing Team and other departments on such matters as: surveys, forms creation, internal emailing, etc Help marketing and sales teams meet business objectives providing administrative support Edit and update online or offline marketing material Assisting in the daily operations of the Marketing department Working closely with subject matter experts, manage the creation and distribution of newsletters/papers/surveys/reports and marketing material Assist in event setup and breakdown, handle company merchandise and event materials, and coordinate the transition of marketing event materials as necessary. Qualifications Experience updating webpages Must be able to communicate fluently in English Ability to follow direction and develop marketing materials as needed Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to articulate complex messages A positive attitude and ability to work both individually and in a team environment Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities Chinese language and cultural experience a plus Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 30 pounds Use proper body mechanics when handling equipment Standing, walking and moving 50% of the day.
